Our technical specialist, Rick Bean has over 31 years experience in many areas of technology. He spent thirteen years as the Director of Information Systems for Solomons Company in Savannah. He spent over three years developing, implementing and providing training for medical billing systems. He has experience with multiple PBX phone systems and is certified in ESI phone systems. He has been a part of our staff at KRT since 1996.
Rick not only handles our computer needs here at the office, including hardware, networking and software maintenance, but he also maintains our telecommunications as well. A 1981 graduate of Georgia Southern, Rick holds a BBA in Management. Since joining the staff, he has advised clients on hardware and software purchases, installed and trained staff in the use of phone systems, assisted in planning and installation of computer-based systems and provided ad-hoc support where needed.
One of his most outstanding qualities as a technician is his ability to communicate with the non-technical people of the world. He has dealt with business partners at various levels of specialized skill and has the experience and ability to relay the necessary information to the proper parties for appropriate decision-making.
